This is just a quick post to tell you all that I'm going to be participating in the MS Readathon during August to help raise money for MS Australia and those living with Multiple Sclerosis.
I've been participating in the readathon since I was in primary school, and it's basically all about reading as many books as you can, and getting sponsored for it. I think it's a great way to raise much-needed funds for this organisation to help find a cure, and it, mainly, gets kids helping out and reading.
While the readathon is focused at kids, it is open to all ages, and so doesn't stop us other booklovers from jumping in and helping out.
So, if you feel like donating, becoming involved yourself, or just finding out more information, please click the link below to my sponsor page. Even the smallest donation can go a long way.
While the actual readathon doesn't start until August, you can start donating from now onwards, and I'll be adding any of the books I read from now on to the page.
Now, the great thing is that the 2015 BookTubeAThon is taking place from August 3-9, so I'll not only be able to power through my TBR pile, and get closer to reaching my 2015 reading challenge, but it will also mean I'll be able to have more books go towards my MS Readathon count.
So thank you to anyone who does decide to sponsor me. It means a lot to me, and definitely means a lot to those living with MS. Be sure to let me know if you decide to join up too!
I'll have a bit more information in a video near the end of the month, so be sure to check that out when it goes up.
See you soon!
